Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tbls mayo (optional)
    juice of half lemon or 2 tbl
    1 small bunch of cilantro (based on preference, can use less)
    4 tbl chives (to taste and preference)
    salt and pepper to taste or preference.



Tips

reduce calories and fat be eliminating mayo. No salt for a low sodium diet. Everything is done in a blender so add herbs a little at a time to taste preference. I like a dash of cayenne!


Directions

Mix together in 10 minutes.
