Ingredients

    4 Tbsp. Light butter
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup fresh shredded parmesan
    3 cups skim milk
    3 tsp. garlic powder or a few fresh cloves
    1 Package Mueller's whole wheat spaghetti pasta
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Tips

I also like to add in some finely chopped broccoli to fill out the meal with more food but still keep my points low. If you want to do this I would say add 1 cup of fresh steamed broccoli to the pasta and fold in!


Directions

Boil pasta! In a saucepan heat to medium, add butter and milk until butter is melted into the milk, Then whisk in flour, parmesan cheese and garlic, Turn to low and continue to stir while it thickens up to your desired consistency. Drain noodles, pour sauce over noodles and serve! Only 6 points plus for weight watchers.
