Ingredients

    1 - avocado

    5 - hard boiled eggs

    - to taste -
    pickle juice

    fresh cracked pepper

    paprika

    and a pinch of salt

    brown mustard

Tips

for hard boiled eggs I place my eggs into cold water add salt and a tablespoon of baking soda. baking soda will make it easy to peel the eggs. bring the eggs to a boil and time for ten minutes, turn off burner and time for another three minutes then place eggs under cold running water.


Directions

slice the avocado in half and pit, dice the avocado and place into a food processor. de-shell five hardboiled eggs and slice in half length wise, remove all yolks except for one, put the one yolk you did not toss into the food processor as well along with, pickle juices, pepper, salt, and mustard. blend well, until nice and creamy when finished fill and zip lock baggie with the avocado mix and clip the edge of the bag fill each half of the eggs with the mixture and then sprinkle with paprika. enjoy!
