    Banana, fresh, 0.50 medium
    Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, large diced
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain 10%, 3.4 oz Cinnamon, ground, 0.50 tbsp*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, efter own taste
    Lemon Juice, efter own taste


Banana and kiwi dices and places in the fridge in a small bowl, while you boil the able, cinnamon, lemon juice and sweetner to a soft stew.
The warm able pours over the cold banana and kiwi. Yoghurt pours than over the fruit.
Fresh and yummy and quick to make.
