Ingredients

    Scallions, 46 g
    Tomato, 240 g
    Lamb cubes, 321 g
    Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 60 ml/ 1/4 c
    Extra Virgin Olive oil, 45 ml

Directions

Saute scallions on 3 T olive oil until glassy, add lamb, cook until brown. Add tomato and cook down the liquid from juice and chicken broth.
