Ingredients

2 pkgs (13oz. each) Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut in 1-1/2" pieces
1 head green cabbage, cut in large chunks
    1-1/2 c. baby carrots, whole
4 medium red skin potatoes, cut in 1" chunks
1 half large sweet yellow onion, cut in strips
2 tsp. extra light olive oil
    Water as needed

Tips

Number of servings may vary depending on the size of cabbage head used.

Directions

Place oil in very large non-stick skillet or Dutch oven. Add about 1/4 cup water and all vegetables. Cover and simmer on medium-high heat, turning and adding small amounts of water as needed to steam. When cabbage becomes very wilted and carrots are tender crisp, add cut up sausage and continue to steam (adding small amounts of water as needed to prevent sticking), stirring occasionally until carrots and potatoes are to desired doneness.
