Ingredients

1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Butter (melted)
1 tbsp Sugar (granulated white)
1 tbsp vanilla
*brown sugar was used in the original recipe in 1 tbsp increment*
Tips
If you feel the fish is not done after broiler step turn off oven and let rest as the oven cools this helps the cooking process without drying out the fish and burning marinade.
Directions
Mix honey, garlic, butter, soy sauce, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Prep Salmon place into a baking dish skin side down. Pour marinade over the salmon making sure to coat all of the fish. Spoon marinade over the fish and left rest for 15 minutes to one hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pan with marinade in oven. Bake for 20 mins. Set broiler on high and bake fish for five minutes. Serve
