Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 large blocks Velveeta (450g each)
    1 640 ml bottle Pace medium picante (sauce, not salsa)
    1 small can Mexican salsa

Tips

Add some chili peppers and/or Tabasco or other hot sauce for a kick. Or add a small can of sliced green chilies or some chili flakes. The spicy heat level is up to you.


Directions

Brown the beef, drain. Add the cheese, heating on low, stirring constantly until melted. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour mixture into a slow cooker and heat on low until ready to serve.
