Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Medium Banana
    1 Medium Orange
    2 Slices of Mango
    3-4 Slices of Peach
    1/4 Cup of Sunflower Seeds
    1 Cup of Mixed Berries (like Strawberry, Blueberry, and Raspberries)
    4-10 Ice Cubes to taste

Directions

Put everything into a blender and blitz untl wanted consistency.

Serving Size: makes one BIG serving
