Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 1/2 c reduced fat biscuit mix
    1 c skim milk
    1/2 c reduced fat shredded Colby/Monterrey Jack Cheese
    Vegetable oil cooking spray

    1/4 c olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Spray cookie sheet with the vegetable oil.
Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Drop 12 dollops on the prepared cookie sheet and set aside.
In a small sauce pan, mix together the oil and garlic.
Cook on medium heat until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Remove from heat and brush a little of this mixture on the biscuits, reserving the rest for serving.
Bake 10-15 minutes until the tops begin to brown.
If desired, brush the biscuits with the remaining garlic oil just before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 12 biscuits
