Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Beef, top sirloin cut into 1" strips
2 tbsp Olive Oil,
3 clove Garlic
2 oz Onions minced
2 tbsp Brown Sugar, unpacked
1/2 tsp Chili powder,
1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds,
1/2 tsp Salt
1Tbl Flour
1 cup Water, tap, (8 fl oz)
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Heat olive oil and glaze Garlic and Onions.
Add brown sugar and cook 2-3 min more.
Add Sirloin, Chili Powder, Pepper, salt, and Sesame Seeds and cook over med heat untill meat is done.
Mix flour with water getting out all the lumps. Add to rest of ingreadients cover and simmer for 20 min. Serve.
