Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Bunch of raw spinach
    Bunch of raw kale
    Beet greens
    1 to 2 raw beets
    7 medium carrots
    Add any other raw veggie in season - be creative!
    (Celery and Cilantro are awesome)

Tips

Look for vibrant looking greens - whatever is in season works well. I add a little fruit juice to the veggie juice to sweeten it up a little. Also great as a smoothie base with fresh fruit and some protein powder!


Directions

Rinse veggies thoroughly, top and tail the carrots, peel the beets.

Feed it all through your juicer

Stir and enjoy!
