Ingredients

    6 eggs
    1/2 cup of coconut oil melted
    1/4 cup Grade B Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Vanilla extract

    1/2 cup of coconut flour
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 cup blueberries


    Combine all liquid ingredients. Whisk in dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Scoop into muffin tins. Bake for 35-40 minutes @ 350 degrees.
