I halved the butter used from the original recipe and increased the veggies.

Directions

Saute Veggies in butter in pan- 7 minutes
Add flour and stir well
Add Chx Broth 8 oz at a time and stir well
Heat through
Add Chix, spices and rice
Cook for 1-2 hours

Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup
