Ingredients

    1 Original Boboli Pizza Crust
    1 Cup non-fat sour cream
    1 Cup skinless boneless chicken breast
    1 Cup non-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 pack taco seasoning
    1 onion
    Opt. Lettuce, Tomato, black olives


Directions

Serving size 1 slice
Servings per pizza 8

Take you chicken cubed and put into a frying pan with 1 chopped onion and 1/2 packet of taco seasoning mix. Add approx. 1/2 cup water. Cook till water is gone then fry for 1 minute. Stir often.

Take your Boboli crust and spread 1 cup of fat free sour cream to about 1/8 inch to the edge of crust. Put your chicken mixture on top of sour cream. Put on 1 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly over top of chicken. Add black olives if you like.

Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sour cream is hot. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add Lettuce and tomato on top if desired.
