Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    80/20 ground beef chuck, 16 oz
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp
    *Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix 4 tbsp
    *Onion, White Raw, 3 oz

Tips

You can add sour cream and grated cheese if you have enough calories left.


Directions

brown beef and onion drain any grease then add all the ingredients (including the juices in the cans) cook for 10-15 minutes then eat. I freeze the remaining soup for lunches and dinner during the week.
