Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups (canned) Black beans low sodium
    2 cups (canned) Pinto beans
    3 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth
    .5 cup grated carrots
    small raw red pepper, chopped
    8 oz chunk lowfat low sodium ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (celebrity brand)
    .25 cup raw red onions, chopped
    .5 cup chopped celery
    .5 cup spinach raw
    2 oz lime juice
    1 TBS rice vinegar
    1 TBS apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp chili powder
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp garlic salt
    2 cups canned tomatoes no salt, chopped
    2 tsp natural sugar (sugar in the raw)
    1 tsp cumin powder

Directions

add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low
for 8 to 10 hours , stirring occasionally . add salt, pepper, and cummin to taste.

Serving Size: makes 12- 1 cup servings
