Introduction

Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 2 cup
    *Flour, white, 0.125 cup
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    White Wine, 8 fl oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Shrimp and scallops 340 grams

    Season with garlic powder and salt and pepper

Tips

Peppers or mushroom are a good veggie to add to the mix. also Pollock is a great choice of seafood to make the sauce with.


Directions

in a hot pan cook seafood until 3/4 way done, reserve in a bowl with juices.
In the same pan, put the butter and flour together until they form a paste. Gradually add the milk while stirring. Cook until the mix thickens, then add the wine and seafood with the juices. Let cook until desired thickness. Add Parmesan cheese and seasoning

toss the sauce on the pasta of your choice

Serving Size: makes about 6 generous portion, or one big lasagna
