Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups self raising flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs
    3 over-ripe banana's mashed
    1 cup blueberries

Directions

serves 12
combine flour & sugar in a large mixing bowl
combine eggs & milk in a small mixing bowl
add combined eggs & milk to combined flour & sugar
add banana's & mix
gently fold in bluberries
pour into greased muffin tray
bake in a moderate oven for 20mins or until golden brown

    Very Good
    Made these after dinner last night. I only had one good ripe banana so that's all I was able to use, but my two boys, age 2 and 11 mths both loved them as did my husband and I. - 1/11/09

    Very good! Not very sweet so if you like a sweeter muffin you would need more sugar. - 7/6/08
