Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 medium garlic clove minced
    1/4 tsp vinegar
    1 tsp salt
    6-8 chopped olives
    1 envelope sazon (spanish seaasoning)
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    2 tsp sofrito (spanish flavoring)

Directions

In a deep pot, brown the ground meat.

Drain most of the grease and add garlic, oregano, vinegar, salt, olives, sazon, sofrito and tomato sauce.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and cover the pot.

Cook for 15 minutes covered.

Uncover and cook another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
