Introduction

Very flavorful marinade and sauce for chicken. Very flavorful marinade and sauce for chicken.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup lower-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup minced onions
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon minced garlic

Tips

Great with steamed or sauteed broccoli and red peppers. Serve over rice.

(Calculations are for sauce only - chicken, veggies, etc not included.)


Directions

Combine ingredients in ziploc baggie. Add diced chicken or chicken breasts pounded thin. Marinate for 1 hour.

Remove chicken and saute in non-stick pan over medium heat until cooked through.

Place marinade in small sauce pan and bring to boil, reducing/thickening slightly while cooking chicken. Serve over chicken.

Serving Size: sauce for 4 6-oz pieces of chicken
