Ingredients

    4 oz: Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1-2 TBSPL OIKOS Greek Yogurt Plain Nonfat
    1-2 slices: Lemon
    1 med stalk: Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    2 TBPS: Cilantro (fresh)
    1 small: Granny smith apple peeled
    Dash: *Himalayan Pink Sea Salt

Directions

Dice all hard ingredients, add greek yogurt and squeeze of lemon. Add dash of salt and stir. Enjoy by itself or over baby spinache / arugula / other lettuce of choice. Delish!
