Introduction

for lower carb, substitute splenda for sugar. for lower carb, substitute splenda for sugar.

Ingredients

    1 cup water
    2 tbsp butter
    3 1/3 c better for bread flour
    1/4 c sugar
    1 tsp salt
    3 tsp regular active dry yeast

    filling
    1/2 cup sugar
    4 tsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp butter softened

Directions

add ingredients to bread machine in order , set to 9 for dough cycle. approx 1 1/2 hrs later remove and roll out to 9 x 18 size, spread with butter sugar and cinnamon. roll up lengthwise, cut into 12 pieces. place in warm area, allow to rise until doubled. bake 25 to 30 min until golden brown. drizzle with glaze 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 to 2 tsp milk. Make thin enough to drizzle. the glaze is not figured in the nutritional value.
