Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cups of Whole Grain Quinoa Flour for dough
    2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup of Warm Water
    6 TBSP of Hot Water
    1 Cup Whole Grain Quinoa Flour for mixing in while making pasta

Tips

3 Minutes is about Al Dente.


Directions

Using mortar and pestle grind Chia seeds to a fine consistency. You can also use a spice grinder for this.
Mix 6 TBSP of hot water with Chia seeds to create a paste.
Use 2 cups of flour , create a mound with a well in it.
Add Chia seeds paste and start adding mixing dough. Add water slowly as needed.
Let dough sit , covered, for 20 minutes.

Using a pasta making machine run dough through as you normal would. Add remaining quinoa flour as needed to have the pasta dough work through machine.

Cook pasta for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.


Serving Size: Makes 8 Servings
