Ingredients

    2 lbs ground pork
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    2 T olive oil
    1 C chopped celery
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    2 C shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
    2 C noodles (dry)


Tips

add additional seasons such as salt & pepper, taco seasoning, chili powder etc. to taste


Directions


1. cook noodles according to package
2. Heat oil in pan, cook celery (with option S&P) until they start to get soft
3. Add meat and brown
4. Add tomatoes, 1/3 C water and taco seasoning to meat and simmer until thick (10 min or so)
5. Mix in drained noodles and serve with cheese if desired

Serving Size:  Makes 4- 2 cup servings
