Ingredients

    1 slice Nature's Own Light White Bread(remove)
    3 tbsp. Milk, 1%, 1.5 fl oz
    1 teas. Stevia in the Raw,)
    1/2 teas. Vanilla Extract or Almond Extract
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    Cooking Spray

    Optional:
    Small Banana diced in thin peices

Tips

If you use a small Banana about 6" long add 72 calories.

Directions
Spray cup or small bowl . Make sure to coat bottom and sides. Chop bread into small pieces. In another bowl, mix egg, milk, Stevia, and vanilla and beat until foamy, (if you are using Banana add to this mixture and mix well and smash up a couple of pieces of the banana). Add bread to this mixture and fold to coat bread. Pour bread mixture into greased cup and microwave for 1 minute to a minute and half.

    SUPER easy to make! Wonderful for breakfast, but I actually had it for dinner. SO filling, I wasn't craving my usual 'after dinner sweets' like ice cream. Awesome recipe!!! - 12/4/18
