    4 apples cored and cut into bite sized pieces
    6 tablespoons mayo
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    24 almonds slivered or chopped

    mix well, chill, serve (tastes better the next day)
