Ingredients

    3/4 Cup of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
    1/2 flour
    1/3 Cocoa Powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup avocado, mashed
    1 6oz jar of baby food fruit and oatmeal mix or 3/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup sugar


    Mix dry ingredients in 1 bowl and wet in another. Add wet to dry and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. If batter is too thick, thin with water or skim milk. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
