Ingredients

1 lb. frozen, shelled, de-veined shrimp
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread
    3 Tbsp. Hellman's Dijonnaise Mustard

Directions

Thaw shrimp.
In a pan, melt butter and combine with mustard. Cook until bubbly.
Add shrimp and cook until pink.

This is great served over rice. It's hard to believe how tasty this is, considering that it's low in calories and fat. Even my hubbie, who complains about food tasting "low fat" thinks this is one of the best meals around! Best of all, it's FAST and EASY!!! Try it, you'll see...

Thank you so much for this recipe! I have made this dish twice. Today I added some steamed broccoli, a generous sprinkling of garlic powder, and about a teaspoon of Worstershire sauce. This meal received rave reviews from our company. I resisted the temptation to have another serving. Yummy! - 7/5/08

Tried this tonight and it's yummy AND satisfying. My hubby doesn't care for non-fried shrimp and was very happy with this meal. I combined regular Dijon mustard with a bit a light mayo creating the same 3 tbsp. I served with brown rice and steamed cauliflower. - 12/31/08
