Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

3 small chicken breasts
5 cups chicken broth
1 bag frozen spinach
1 can diced tomato
Garlic 3 cloves chopped
2 table spoons Italian Spice Blend
1 cup Onion
1 table spoon Garlic powder
1 table spoon Onion powder
1 lb of fettuccine
Tips
add any spices u like. i also added pepper and maybe some thyme. u can exclude the chicken and chicken broth and sub it for veggie broth. It would be less calories!
Directions
1.Chop up the chicken breasts into small pieces
2.Get the Broth boiling, add all the spices.
3.Add chicken, spinach tomatoes. Cook for a few mins, around 3-5, until chicken is mostly cooked. 4.Break pasta in half u can use spaghetti but i used fettuccine.
5. Stir well and often to keep the noodles from sticking. Just cook until pasta is done.
6.Split up in to 6 servings and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over the top.
Serving Size: I am not sure really how much is in a serving, just split it into six servings!
