Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Pork chops, thin (or pounded down to thinner chops)
    1 tbsp water
    2 egg whites
    2 tbsp butter
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    2 tbps flour
    seasoning of your choice (i used paprika, garlic salt, cumin, mustard powder, salt)
    cooking spray

Directions

-preheat oven to 400 and coat a 9x 13 baking dish with cooking spray
-pound pork chops down to a thin chop
- mix egg white and water in one bowl
- mix bread crumbs and seasonings in another
-dredge the chops through the flour so they are coated on both sides
-dip chops in egg white, then coat in bread crumbs so both sides are covered and place into baking dish.
- melt the butter and drizzle the tops of the chops with butter
- bake for about 14-18 min or until chops are no longer pink


Serving Size: makes approx 6 cutlets
