Ingredients

2 L.B. London Broil
4 bags Frozen Stir Fry Mix
2 T.B. Canola Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 T.B. Fresh Ginger (minced)
1 cup Water
2 T.B. Sugar substitute
1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 T.B. Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Directions
Slice beef as thin as humanly possible. Thinner the better. I usually do 1/8"
In a wok heat up canola oil. Once wok gets hot add in the beef and ginger. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
In a bowl mix together Soy sauce, water, sugar substitute, xanthan gum, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Place frozen veggies into beef and ginger, add wet ingredients.
Cook until vegetables are tender; about 3-4 minutes.
