Ingredients

    1.5 c chopped carrots
    3 c chopped celery
    1.5 c dry lentils
    2 chopped medium onions
    8 scallions (root removed)
    20 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
    1/4 c minced garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp curry
    1 tsp cayenne
    4 Boulion cubes, chicken mixed in 4 c water (or 4 c chicken broth)

Directions

Layer in order in crock pot. Cook on high for 5 hours
