Introduction

Thought I would test out the new ice cream maker and a new idea. Thought I would test out the new ice cream maker and a new idea.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans (3.25 cups) full fat coconut milk
    7 oz Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice, thawed
    3 tbsp honey
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Open cans of coconut milk halfway and lightly drain coconut milk (open both ends and let water drip out) to remove water.
Combine coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and thawed concentrated orange juice. Place in ice cream maker and churn until ice cream has fully frozen. Place in container and freeze for at least 3 hours. Serve when stiff.
