Ingredients

    6 eggs
    2 T bacon bits

Directions

First, spray your muffin tin with a little oil. Next, crack your eggs and drop them into the muffin tins. Sprinkle salt and pepper and add any other spices, herbs, bacon bits, etc.

Place into a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs. Then let them cool slightly. Note: 15 minutes might be too long, try 12
