    1 tsp blue agave syrup
    0.75 cups unsweetened original almond milk
    1 apple with skin, diced
    2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered for 3 minutes. Allow to sit for at least 1 minute to let oatmeal thicken.
