Ingredients

2 TBS Ground Flax
2 TBS Ground Chia
4 tsp Ground Hemp powder
4 cup Pamela's Baking Mix GF
2/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 dark chocolate chips
1/2 dried tart cherries

My kids love these! For dairy free use carob chips.
Directions
Perheat oven 350 F. Lightly grease muffin pan with vegan spread. We use Earth Balance Olive Oil Spread.
Soak ground seeds in 6 ounces plus 6 TBS of warm water for 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients. Add seeds. Add chocolate chips and cherries.
Pour into greased muffin pan almost to top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cool. Enjoy!
