Introduction

Simple sandwich that gets me going in the morning without anything I'm allergic to. Its higher in calories, but I'm a believer in more calories in the morning less at night. Ingredients

    1 large Fried Egg
    2 Slices of Bread, Rudi's Organic Bakery Spelt Bread
    1 Pork Sausage Patty
    .25c Daiya Cheddar Style Dairy-Free Shredded Cheese
    1 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo

Tips

Milk and wheat free. Not gluten free. Spelt contains gluten, but is not the same as wheat. Thus if you have an allergy to wheat you can eat it.


Directions

I cook up the sausage first, then my egg. While my egg is cooking I put the bread in the toaster then mayo and cheese.
