Ingredients

    2 cups old-fashioned oats
    2 cups skim milk
    2 cups mixed berries (if frozen, thaw first)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup real maple syrup

Tips

Non-dairy milk also works well.


Directions

Put oats in an 8" square baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon with the fruit, then add to baking dish with oats. Combine milk and maple syrup, then pour over oats and fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 9 servings (1/9 of an 8" baking dish)
