Introduction
REAL Thin Crust Pizza REAL Thin Crust PizzaNumber of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
1 Light "Flat Out Wrap"
4 T. Tomato Paste
1t. Oregano
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 T. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
6 large black olives, sliced
8 slices Hormel turkey pepperoni
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
Directions
1. Start by crisping the flat bread on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam in a 400 oven for 4 minutes.
2. Remove crust from oven. Spread with tomato paste (Pizza Sauce is fine. I was using what was on hand.) Sprinkle with spices. Top with veggies, pepperoni & finally the cheeses. (I like to cut the pepperoni in strips to spread them around more.)
3. Return to oven for an additional 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted to your liking.
4. Slice into wedges and enjoy!
Note: This is no skimpy 'diet' pizza, but a very satisfying thin crust pizza. You may actually want to reduce the cheese or switch to fat free, or split it with a friend. Try reduced sodium tomato paste. Use any combination of ingredients desired. Enjoy with a green salad.
