Ingredients

    Beans, black, one can, rinsed and drained
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup, thawed
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped
    Cider Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp (or more to taste)
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (finely chopped; more or less to taste)

Directions

mix all ingredients, let flavors mix in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
