Ingredients

    2 T butter
    3 large eggs
    3/4 c flour
    1/2 c milk
    lemon zest
    powdered sugar to taste
    lemon wedges

Directions

heat oven to 400. Put 2T of butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Heat until melted an then swirl butter to cover bottom of pan.

In a mixing bowl combine eggs, flour, milk, and zest. Pour into buttered pan. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. one when puffy an nicely browned.
serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar an lemon wedges to squeesze over serving to taste.
