Ingredients

    6 oz. Natural Orange juice
    1 cup Nonfat milk
    1/2 Medium banana
    .5 cup Dole pineapple chunks in juice
    no sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender with three or four ice cubes. Blend til smooth.

This will constitute your need for three fruits and can be used as a meal replacement on occasion.
