Ingredients

    9 no-cook lasagna noodles
    1 jar pasta sauce
    1 cup water
    2 eggs
    15 oz low fat regatta cheese
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 cup cooked spinach
    1/1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
    cooking spray


Tips

Let set 10 min before slicing


Directions

Preheat oven to 375
1. Mix pasta sauce and water
2. Mix 2 eggs, regatta, and Parmesan
3. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
4. Spread about a cup of water/sauce mix
5. Lay down 3 lasagna noodles
6. Spread 1/3 of cheese mix on noodles
7. spread 1/3 spinach on cheese
8. repeat steps 4-6 twice more
9. top with mozzarella
10. Cover with aluminum foil
11. Cook at 375 for an hour covered
12. Uncover and cook for another 15 min to brown the cheese topping (yum!)
