Ingredients

    1 medium RIPE Banana, mashed
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 TBSP Semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Tips

Seriously, lightly grease baking sheet or line with parchment or other non-stick liner.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Mash banana in bowl.
Add oats slowly until mixture has a thick batter consistency.
Fold in chocolate chips (and vanilla extract, if desired.)
Grease or line baking sheet with parchment - these babies WILL stick!
Spoon batter onto baking sheet into 4 equal portions. Press down with a fork or spoon to flatten into a cookie shape - these won't spread during cooking.
Bake about 15 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
