    4 oz. can diced green chiles (mild)
    1/2 cup pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds), roasted and salted
    2 garlic cloves, peeled
    Freshly ground pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 teaspoon Japanese vinegar
    1 avocado
    1/2 cup cilantro (stems and all)
