Ingredients

    1 cup of cooked Quinoa
    1/2 cup of Orange peppers
    1/2 cup of Mushrooms
    half of an Avocado

Tips

For an added taste you could add in some Parmesan cheese or any other type of cheese.


Directions

Cook quinoa according to package. Once quinoa is cooked add the chopped orange peppers and mushrooms and cook and stir them thoroughly. Then add in and mix the cut up avocado and enjoy!
