Ingredients

    chorizo 10 oz
    stalk of celery diced
    cup of diced onion
    4 cans of tomato sauce
    1 can rotel
    1 cup diced tomato
    garlic clove diced
    1/2 c canned beans drained
    1 c shredded cheese
    6 servings of tortillas chips

Directions

In a large pot sautee onions, celery and garlic until opaque. Add chorizo and cook until brown. Add tomato, rotel, tomato sauce and beans (optional). layer 1/2 tortilla chips then sauce then repeat. top with cheese and bake at 350 til cheese melts and bubbles.
