Ingredients

    6 Tilapia filets
    Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
    1 Can Diced tomatoes drained (can use flavored if you like)
    Frozen spinach
    Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
Lay tilapia filets in pan
Sprinkle filets with Old Bay
Cover with spinach, tomatoes, and Feta
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes apart
