Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Rhubarb, 6 cup, diced
    Jello Sugarfree Strawberry, 1 box (powder) (you may use desired flavor)
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup
    All-Bran -Original-Kellogg's, 1.5 cup
    Oatmeal, 2 cup dry
    Non-hydrogenated Margarine, 10 tsp
    Flour 1tbsp

Directions

Chop and wash the rhubarb then put in a 9x9 baking dish (I like to line with parchment paper). Coat the rhubarb with the dry jello powder. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour.

In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients, making sure to mix the margarine in well so it is all crumbly.

Top the rhubarb with the topping, spreading to cover. Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees or until desired done-ness. Serve warm or cold!
